The start
Arman Chowdhury, CPA, founded the firm over 15 years ago while working at Morgan Stanley. He built it one client at a time in Queens, on trust, integrity and a reputation for meeting every client where they are.
The growth
Word of mouth did the rest. The practice grew into a full-service firm handling bookkeeping, payroll, tax and audits for 100+ businesses every month and 3,500+ returns a year, with a second office in Long Island, NY.
The transformation
Jawad Chowdhury, CPA, is modernizing and transforming the firm: a real-time client portal, audit capability, and an automation layer that took us from about 2,000 returns over three to four months to more than 3,000 in a single month, and from 9 people to over 30. That same capability now powers our Fractional CFO work.

Founded the firm over 15 years ago while working at Morgan Stanley, building a practice rooted in trust, integrity and deep community connections. Also serves as Executive Director of a major nonprofit, giving him first-hand insight into nonprofit accounting, compliance and governance.
Jawad Chowdhury
Leads the firm’s modernization with new technology and expanded services. From implementing the TaxDome portal to adding audit capabilities, Jawad is transforming how clients experience accounting.
Iftiaj Alom
Leads the firm’s AI and automation solutions, with enterprise software deployments across APAC and a background in applied AI research. Specializes in AI systems, workflow automation and cloud infrastructure, from first concept through deployment.
Shadeed Ur Rahman
Leads the firm’s marketing, content, and brand strategy. His experience spans executive thought leadership, growth strategy, leading outreach campaigns, and video production to effectively connect the firm with the businesses and families it serves.
Salakin Shams
More than thirteen years in accounting and financial services, with undergraduate and postgraduate studies in accounting. Since joining in 2020, oversees payroll, bookkeeping and corporate tax for a wide range of business clients.
Simon Saifullah
Joined in 2023. Provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, sales tax filings and individual and business tax returns, with careful organization and attention to detail.
Abdullah Al Mamun
Delivers clear, organized financial reporting for compliance and planning, and helps improve the firm’s internal workflows. MBA in Finance and Accounting.
Khalid Saifullah
Accounting, payroll and compliance across industries. Completed a three-year Chartered Accountancy articleship at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants, on audit and advisory engagements.
Mostafizur Rahman Manik
With the firm since 2021, managing bookkeeping and payroll across platforms and individual and corporate tax filings, with particular experience in nonprofit compliance and reporting.
Ariful Islam
With the firm since 2020, handling bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and tax returns. Also manages Franchise Reporting System (FRS) reporting for UPS Store clients.
Aowlad Hossain
Joined in 2023. Supports clients across New York and the US with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax filings and individual and business tax preparation.
Mohammed Billah
Joined in 2022. Supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax filings and individual and business tax preparation, keeping records accurate and clients compliant.
