01 · The problem

Most tax bills are decided in April. By then, it’s too late.

A CPA you see once a year can only report what happened. Every dollar you overpay is a dollar that didn’t go back into your business, your family or your future.

01
A tax bill hit that nobody saw coming.
02
You’re not sure your entity structure still fits the business.
03
You send documents, then wait in the dark for weeks.
04
Your tax preparer and your bookkeeper never talk.
02 · What’s included

Strategy and filing, from the same desk.

03 · Advanced Tax Strategy

A written plan to lower what you owe, built on your real numbers.

For business owners and high-income individuals whose tax bill is large enough that planning pays for itself many times over.

1

Tax Savings Assessment · $2,500

We review your recent returns, entity setup, owner pay and books, estimate your savings range, and quote the full plan. The fee is credited toward the plan if you go ahead.

2

Advanced Tax Strategy Plan · fixed fee

A written multi-year plan, each strategy modeled, and the core strategies set up by our team. The fee is quoted up front and doesn’t change.

3

Ongoing Tax Strategy · annual

Quarterly projections, year-end moves and a yearly plan refresh, so the savings keep coming.

Savings are estimates and depend on your circumstances. As a licensed CPA firm, we guarantee our work, not tax outcomes.

04 · Filing you can track

No more wondering where your return stands.

Your portal shows every stage as it happens. You see confirmation the moment it’s filed.

05 · Planning in practice
$2M+

In tax offset for a physician client.

The plan

We modeled what he would need to acquire to change his tax position, and he acted on the plan. He bought a $6.5M retail property, and a cost segregation study offset over $2M of tax he would otherwise have owed, producing a refund of taxes already paid.

Today

The property now earns roughly $600K a year in triple-net rent.

Client kept anonymous. Results depend on individual circumstances; we guarantee our work, not financial outcomes.

06 · Why now

Every month you wait, options come off the table.

Decisions that change a tax year have to be made inside that year. By mid-December the menu is nearly empty.

Simple, and visible start to finish.

2

Upload through the portal

Secure access to send documents. Preparation starts once everything’s in, and you track progress in real time.

3

Review, e-sign, file

Your return arrives in the portal for review. E-sign when ready and we file right away. Then we plan next year.

08 · When you’re ready for more

Tax is one side of every profit decision.

For businesses doing $2M to $50M, our Fractional CFO service puts pricing, margin, capacity and tax on the same table every quarter, with a written plan. Prior-year return review, entity review and a first-year tax projection are included.

09 · Questions

Tax questions.

Preparation reports what already happened. Planning changes what happens, through entity choice, payment timing, retirement contributions and income timing, while the year is still open. We do both, so the plan and the return agree.

Business returns for LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships and Schedule C, plus personal returns. Every return is reviewed by a licensed CPA before filing.

It depends on your profit, salary and state. An S-Corp election can cut self-employment taxes significantly for the right business. We run the numbers, tell you whether it makes sense, and set it up correctly if it does.

No. Upload documents, review your return and e-sign through the portal. Come in to our Queens or New Hyde Park office only if you want to.

Not until December 31, but options shrink every month. Entity elections, retirement plans, equipment timing and cost segregation have to happen inside the tax year. The earlier we start, the more there is to work with.

Tax filing is priced up front on the Pricing page. Advanced tax planning starts with a Tax Savings Assessment for $2,500, credited toward your plan if you go ahead. You get a fixed quote for the full plan before any work begins.
